Canon 5D Mk1 & Nikon 50mm
A few years back, I embarked on a "Back to Basics" journey, armed with an ancient Canon 5D Mark 1 (the OG full frame) and a trusty old Nikon manual focus 50mm lens, all held together by a budget-friendly, eBay-sourced adapter. The results? Well, they were a wild rollercoaster – some turned out fantastic, while others... not so much. But the unpredictability brought back the sheer fun of shooting for me.
During a road trip across Europe with this quirky combo, I ended up in a student hostel. It was cheap and cheerful – just my style. And it was there that I crossed paths with this girl, after some friendly chatter, a bit of drinking, and a night out, we got really friendly.
Now, these pictures are from the morning after, complete with the trademark hangover, but guess what ? She was incredibly enthusiastic about creating some boudoir-style shots. It was her very first time in front of a camera, and she rocked it!
