When Light Learns to Breathe

When Light Learns to Breathe

Lately, I have been chasing a certain film look. The kind that reminds me of old KodaChrome film, but with modern twist. I think I have finally come close. My new Lightroom preset... after countless nights of small adjustments and failed attempts... has reached a place where I feel it can be used.

I created it to mimic the old Kodachrome film, that sun-soaked vibe that belongs to another era. A film that didn’t just show color, but remembered it. The reds are slower here, the shadows deeper, and the skin glows in a way that seems to breathe. It reminds me of afternoons in Joshua Tree... where the sun doesn’t shine, it lingers... resting gently on everything it touches.

I tried the preset on some pictures I took of Alina. She is one of the most natural and sexy looking woman I have ever worked with. Completely at ease with nudity and much more !

Below are the before and after images.
